We must insist on the formation of this public servant in whom there is the dilemma between individual and social work as it exists under capitalism. Individual work must become personally always assumed in social work as a contribution to the construction of the collective good.
A new society requires the creation of this new public servant endowed with a social conscience that always put what individual. Work as service, delivery and fulfillment, is one of the most effective instruments to form the new man. A public servant caring, attentive, diligent, generous, humane and fraternal, a public servant could see all the object and purpose of their very nature, a public servant who always seeks to know more to better serve, not tolerate mediocrity, demanding to excellence itself. A public servant who is able to live and think and even more, to live and dream. |
