Dear CompañerosNo I go without writing to express my deepest gratitude for the heartfelt expressions of appreciation, respect, collaboration and care received during the period that gave us life together to share a beautiful enriching experience.

I say "gave us life" because all this time I wondered: Why me in front of the FIIDT.? I never looked, it was very quiet without the pressure of public office previously assumed, well I'm not an engineer and there are so many people are willing and interested ... formed, in addition to the union ...

often asked my husband if he was colluding with God, through me, to fulfill a dream that could not achieve in life in his beloved Institute ...

I confess that I looked for you that answer and was this weekend, due to the beautiful expressions for you received that I have discovered the mission for life on FIIDT:

"The rescue of the sense of justice and order in the home and professional labor all of you and the country, through the redemption of humanity, dignity and respect among yourselves. "

I think the reason so many emotional expressions of recent days is for the rescue, in each of you, dignity, respect and humanity collectively and individually as FIIDT family members as human beings, first of all, we are before God and the world

In other words, is the recovery of common sense, ie, respect, understanding, tolerance and a sense of dignified living that we all deserve to build an institutional order more humane, just and without distinction.

view this awakening, each may have found their own strengths to break down barriers and achieve the most beautiful dreams and renewed hope. By God, do not lose that individual and collective achievement.

If you do not feel identified with the union, quit in the middle, shape a new, more representative of dignity, justice and common welfare. The worst decisions and struggles are not taken. The risk is torn between courage and cowardice in life, always take courage.

If I learned anything in this short but intense time with you, have been more union is that the current union, which has been, unfortunately, always individualistic control the power, rather than fight for justice and dignity and collective labor as the true conception of a true socialist unionism.

also learned that a true union, like a real supervisor, manager or manager in the FIIDT, should be: humble, conciliatory, respectful, human has to hear and have vision, personality and poise to make wise decisions and decisive to ensure the collective welfare.

With this awakening of FIIDT, only through these convictions shown is that a member institution may earn the respect of staff and be recognized as a leader to conquer the dreams of wealth and prosperity of collective self-interest ever, manipulating, and intimidating subjecting staff, especially the weak, young or immature. Showing rather than power strength and its profound ineptitude, weakness and cowardice.

For this and much more, I who am infinitely grateful to both you and God for human growth, professional, emotional and spiritual support received in this short and intense time by each of you, including in this infinite gratitude to adverse me, for all feeds the soul.

For all lived and what we need to live, have the special sincere respect and affection now and forever from this server for now says:

Thank you and God bless you always

Sincerely

María Milagros Toro Landaeta

common What do Socrates, Moses, Jesus, Joan of Arc, Teresa of Avila, Emmanuel Swedenborg, Carl Gustav Jung, Victor Hugo and Gandhi? For all voices heard they offered a special training. However, with the advent of psychology and psychiatry began hearing voices se'r seen as only a pathological experience should be treated with medication.
I have never found the conventional model to treat the voices because I know several people who hear voices without any psychiatric problem. For these people the voices are helpful resources that lead them to effectively solve their problems. One of them told me that sometimes he had not studied enough for an exam and their voices offered him the answers. Another told me that without their voices had not been able to write his book of poems. Reveals something very similar the Mexican poet Amado Nervo in Mediumship poem:
If my rhymes were beautiful, boast Dell is not good, because mine have never been in reality dictates ear ... I do not know who! I am only the stress of the wind harp strikes fast, I am only the faint echo, and jubilant, and flébil, a voice ... Maybe through me are waking together two loving souls in a mysterious way, and I am only the thread.
recent research by the psychiatrist Marius Romme have revealed that the experience of hearing voices is more common than we think, found that about 4% of the population has this type of experience. Romme found that effective treatment strategy is to teach the person to have control over their voices so they do not produce anxiety. What makes the difference is how the person integrates this experience into their worldview and identity. For example, Romme describes the case of a person who seleccionana a particular time to hear voices and to finish it proceeded to cut off access to them.
