workers the Ministry of Popular Power for Science, Technology and Industry Intermediate. Dear
The tenth anniversary of the founding of our institution is
going through a transformation process which would mean the recognition that gives the Venezuelan government, led by Commander President Hugo Chávez, to achieve for our country of an industrial relevant sustainable economically and environmentally sustainable. This recognition goes to emphasize that the construction of a distinct, Venezuelan billing, research, scientific and technological development and innovation related to domestic producers is key to that achievement. Of course, while recognizing the importance of the development of basic sciences, social care and applied problem solving way of the Venezuelan people, not necessarily solved by the productive.
However, these changes and the progress so far has been going in this direction would not be possible for the institution not having a team of people willing to give their best to benefit the people at the expense of effort and perseverance. Those are you, my dear fellow workers, fellow daily struggle for the achievement of a possible country of social justice and peace, to place human beings at the center of the action of the State and in particular the National Executive, of which our Ministry is a member. Commander Chavez said, quite rightly, that is no small thing what has been achieved in these 10 years of revolutionary government. Ten years of a government that, among other things, created at our institution. All the more reason to be proud of all: those with time doing home here and who have recently been honored with the opportunity to provide our services to the country from here with you. A telecommunications satellite into orbit with the name of the Liberator, built from the design stage with the participation of fellow Venezuelans must account for all of us how high we can reach if we seek it, and rightly so.
Today, the nation requires more from us. The responsibility of our Ministry, ie men and women of our institution, in Science, Technology and Industry, with Telecommunications and Computers as tools enabling their development, we placed in the pivot point of leverage to end the effects of the global crisis spawned from the same reproductive logic of capitalism. But also to be prepared for future global crisis of capitalism successfully. A success that should be conceived in terms of the welfare of our people, to provide "the greatest happiness possible." Only then will we move forward in peaceful construction of the Venezuelan road to socialism in the XXI century, the Bolivarian socialism.
And so, I wanted to take this opportunity to extend my sincere congratulations on this tenth anniversary of our ministry that occurs in the wake of the bicentennial stage and acknowledge the ongoing daily effort and performing each and every one of the workers to achieve collective goals. But also convey a message of confidence and a word of encouragement, not to lose heart in together, move forward and consolidate achievements in building socialism. Teamwork, solidarity, efficiency, humanity and the willingness to fulfill our duties as public servants, are key to achieving excellence in our management.
