The tenth anniversary of the founding of our institution is
going through a transformation process which would mean the recognition that gives the Venezuelan government, led by Commander President Hugo Chávez, to achieve for our country of an industrial relevant sustainable economically and environmentally sustainable. This recognition goes to emphasize that the construction of a distinct, Venezuelan billing, research, scientific and technological development and innovation related to domestic producers is key to that achievement. Of course, while recognizing the importance of the development of basic sciences, social care and applied problem solving way of the Venezuelan people, not necessarily solved by the productive.
However, these changes and the progress so far has been going in this direction would not be possible for the institution not having a team of people willing to give their best to benefit the people at the expense of effort and perseverance. Those are you, my dear fellow workers, fellow daily struggle for the achievement of a possible country of social justice and peace, to place human beings at the center of the action of the State and in particular the National Executive, of which our Ministry is a member. Only then will we move forward in peaceful construction of the Venezuelan road to socialism in the XXI century, the Bolivarian socialism.
And so, I wanted to take this opportunity to extend my sincere congratulations on this tenth anniversary of our ministry that occurs in the wake of the bicentennial stage and acknowledge the ongoing daily effort and performing each and every one of the workers to achieve collective goals. But also convey a message of confidence and a word of encouragement, not to lose heart in together, move forward and consolidate achievements in building socialism. Teamwork, solidarity, efficiency, humanity and the willingness to fulfill our duties as public servants, are key to achieving excellence in our management.
